St. James Lutheran Church will be having a rummage event to support the youth attending the ELCA National Youth Gathering in New Orleans in 2012. The Rumage event will have a variety of items, ranging all the way from clothing to housewear items to electronics and furniture.

Held at the Shavers Creek Community Building, Route 305 in Neffs Mills. Tickets are $20. Things get started at 5:45 the doors open along with the kitchen at 4 pm

  Huntingdon Christian Academy will be holding a school auction on
  April 30 2010.  Doors will be open at 5:00 PM and auction will
  start at 6:00 PM.  There will be a variety of items from new to
  antique.  We will have firewood, sports memorabilia, tools,  baby
  items, Christmas items, crafts, exercise equipment, and assorted

Singers Gap United Methodist Church will hold their annual motorcycle ride starting at 1:00 pm Sunday, May 2nd. The rain date for this event is May 8th. The ride will leave the Church at around 2 pm and return around 4 pm. There will be door prizes and a free picinic at 5:00 pm

Huntingdon Regional Fire and Rescue will be having a Mother's Day Swiss Steak Dinner May 9th from 10:30 til 1 PM at the McConnellstown Station No. 6. It is an all you can eat "Buffet Style" Dinner and adult meals are $9.
