Heather Hefner is conducting a fundraiser for the American Cancer Society as part of her Senior Project. She is a student at the Huntingdon Area High School. She will be having a dance at the Huntingdon Community Center on February 13th for ages 13 to 19 only. The dance will be held 7 til 10 pm. Admission is only $3 per person. The Christian Ministry Board of Juniata College is holding a Christian concert with a portion of the proceeds benefitting Haiti relief efforts. The Allenport Lions Club will be holding a Chicken Waffle Dinner at the Allenport Lions Club Building February 14th from 11 am til 2 pm. Chicken Waffles, Mashed Potatoes and Corn. $6.00 for adults, children $3.00.
The movie, the Book of Ruth will be shown on Valentine's Day, Sunday Feb 14th at 7pm at the Ardenheim Church of the Brethren in Mill Creek. The Church is located along rt.22 near Huston Ford. The public is invited to attend. No charge, but there will be a free will offering.

Jimmy was hit by a vehicle 1-24-10. He remains in the hospital in Pittsburgh in serious condition. His fiance, Misty McNeal, is there with him waiting for him to wake up. They have no income at this time, and they have 2 children to care for.

Please come help support David C. Hann Jr. & his family with the rising medical costs, related to his diagnosis of Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia. David had received a Stem Cell transplant on January 21, 2010 at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia.
David C. Hann Jr. was born on April 14, 1992 and grew up in Mt. union, PA, until moving to Easton with his mother.

The Side Street Cafe will be holding a benefit breakfast for Raymond Naugle. He was involved in a car accident on Rt. 22 on January 12th. He is now in a rehabilitation program trying to recover.
