The Newton Wayne Fire Company has a turkey supper scheduled for 02/13 3 til 5 pm. Take out orders are $7.50 and can be ordered by calling 542-8968. If you would like to eat there the prices are $7 for adults, Kids 5 - 11 are $4 and kids under 4 are free.

Heather Hefner is conducting a fundraiser for the American Cancer Society as part of her Senior Project. She is a student at the Huntingdon Area High School. She will be having a dance at the Huntingdon Community Center on February 13th for ages 13 to 19 only. The dance will be held 7 til 10 pm. Admission is only $3 per person. It is casual attire and there will be snacks, a raffle, jewelry, and memory hearts for sale. You can make donation at happyheffalump14@aim.com

The Christian Ministry Board of Juniata College is holding a Christian concert with a portion of the proceeds benefitting Haiti relief efforts. The concert is February 13, 2010 at 8PM (doors open at 7:30PM) in Ellis Hall. Opening act is the Ryan Payne band with Lucio Rubino of Story Side:B headlining.
